Who We Are
The NY Tech Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit working to create an accessible and equitable technology ecosystem for all. Through a series of grants, scholarships and events, the Foundation seeks to change the representation at local conferences, events, and programs with a goal of matching the diverse demographics of the city it calls home.
As a companion organization to the NY Tech Alliance, we support and serve the same amazing community that have made programs like the NY Tech Meetup a beacon in the NYC technology ecosystem.

Scholarships to NY Tech Alliance Programs
In partnership with our 501(c)6 companion organization, the NY Tech Alliance, The NY Tech Foundation reserves 10% of the total available tickets to Tech Alliance events as scholarships for students and qualifying* individuals.

The NY Tech Foundation relies heavily on fundraising and generous donations from people that want to support building a tech ecosystem reflective of the population of NYC.
